How do I know which size will fit me best?
We provide a detailed Size Guide on every product page. Since our technical outerwear is designed for layering, we recommend measuring your chest and waist while wearing your base layers for the most accurate fit.
What is the waterproof rating on your outerwear?
Most of our technical jackets and pants feature a minimum 10,000mm to 20,000mm waterproof rating, utilizing our proprietary infiDRY® fabric technology to keep you dry in all mountain conditions.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear before your next trip to the mountains.
What is your return policy for gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that certain final sale items may not be eligible for return.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand behind our quality. We offer a limited lifetime warranty on our technical outerwear which covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship.
How should I wash my technical outerwear?
To maintain the waterproof coating, machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle with a technical detergent like Nikwax. Tumble dry on low heat for 20 minutes to reactivate the Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish.
